
Our recently opened residential lettings department is dedicated to providing Landlords with a professional service combined with savings on both Tenant Find and Fully Managed fees.
Our lettings department are members of the UK Association Of Lettings Agents (UKALA) and follow their code of practice as well as holding separate client accounts for both landlords and tenants.
We aim to take away the day-to-day niggles of letting your property. Whether a homeowner or investment landlord, we are committed to making your lettings experience hassle free and are here to offer a professional service and advice.
Once a tenant has been found we will carry out full references on them including employment and, where applicable, previous landlord references. Additionally guarantors are sought when required.
There are many legal requirements covering the let of properties including Gas Safety, Furniture and Furnishings and Houses of Multiple Occupancy. Our lettings team would be happy to discuss or send you further documentation relating to all the current letting regulations.
